The clinic

Built around musculoskeletal health

Treatment room at The ProActive Massage Clinic

For athletes and everyone else

A sprain or strain left untreated becomes a recurring weakness. Treatment is tailored to your sport and level, conditioning the right muscles and catching imbalances as they develop.

Postural imbalance affects everyone, though. Most back, hip, neck and shoulder pain traces back to long hours at a desk or travelling. Arthritis and spinal degeneration can be managed this way too: holistic, non-pharmacological, non-surgical.

What to expect

Your first session, step by step

Book 60 minutes for a first visit, or longer if you have an extensive medical history or several areas of concern.

  1. Consultation

Goals, medical history, lifestyle and the history of your symptoms.

  2. Assessment

Posture, gait, range of motion and muscle testing, to find the root cause.

  3. Treatment

Active or deeply relaxing, depending on your needs. Speak up and it adapts.

  4. Homecare

Stretches and exercises demonstrated and tailored to your activity level.

  5. Review

Later visits need only a brief reassessment to track progress.

If another therapy would suit you better, Danielle will refer you on. Between appointments, an interactive Telehealth system gives you your homecare plan on any device so progress can be checked remotely and adjusted.
